Elise is the engine behind the scenes at our Morwell office, working closely with Ben and Ellie to ensure every client is supported with precision and care. With over a decade of experience in Community Corrections, Elise brings deep insight into the justice system and a calm, steady presence that our clients—and our lawyers—rely on.

Holding a Doctorate, Elise combines academic excellence with real-world problem-solving. She is an expert in systems, detail, and follow-through. Nothing is missed when Elise is involved. From preparing case materials to keeping timelines on track and ensuring all the right questions are asked, Elise is there to make sure no stone is left unturned.

She is also a keen recreational shooter, bringing the same focus and discipline to her role at the firm. Clients might not always see Elise on the front line, but when she’s involved, they can rest easy knowing that everything is running exactly as it should.
